If you have a hard time writing songs, learn to look at the song from a distance. Map out the story you want to tell, brainstorm everything that comes to mind, and then put it all together. When you really invest yourself into your song, the melodies will come naturally. Song writing is not easy, but just like with anything else, practice makes perfect!
